SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped with the best courier for your area. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times).
- Orders greater than or equal to $150.00 after discounts and before taxes ship for free!
- Orders less than or equal to $149.00 after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00.
All parcels include $100 insurance coverage and tracking. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions):
All orders will be shipped using whichever courier is the most economical at the time. Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
For all our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup. Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup locations is in Merlin, Ontario Canada.
Depending on your country, additional taxes or duties may apply and are your responsibility.
LOST PARCELS:
Please note that SB Designs Canada does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly provide any information that we have in regards to your parcel, as well as assist in locating it and putting in a insurance claim. However, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels.
